Attendees of past MindShare conferences will recognize General Manager of Commercial Excellence Barrett Thompson and Vice President of Customer Success and Support Rick Chappel, who will once again bring their signature banter and emcee talent to the proceedings. This year, they will be joined by Vice President, Europe, MEA and Asia Pacific Michel Safi, who will introduce our European customer presenters.
Zilliant President and Chief Executive Officer Greg Peters will open the conference with perhaps his most consequential keynote address yet. There has never been a year like 2020, given the unforeseeable variable of COVID-19 and its resulting human, business and economic impacts. As the leader of a rapidly growing company, Peters has a unique perspective on the pandemic-induced recessionary environment. He will share how Zilliant is helping customers win in tough times through product and service innovation and a forward-looking approach as B2B thought leaders. In an increasingly digital environment, the pricing and selling strategies and processes of 10 years ago won’t cut it.
